Are you looking for professional pet care that gives you peace of mind? Would you like to leave home for a few hours, a few days, or longer, and know that your precious pets are being loved and cared for (and maybe even spoiled a little!!)?

Pets are a very important part of our families and our lives. They bring joy, laughter, and loyalty without asking for anything in return. Let us take care of your Furry Friends while you are away on business or pleasure, whether for a few hours, few days, or longer! Our services include daytime and/or overnight pet sitting in your home, dog walking, litter box clean up, brushing, feeding, medication administration, and simply spending time with your beloved pets.

We don’t require the pets to be spayed/neutered after a certain age in order for us to interact with them.

We don’t require any extra vaccinations such as Bordetella and Influenza for us to interact with pets (although we are very careful that we don’t accidentally spread anything contagious if one of our clients’ pets is coughing, sneezing, or has a runny nose.

We care for pets with special needs such as foster pets or pets with one or more medications to take (without charging for each administration of each type of medication).

Since we go to the clients’ home, clients do not have to pay additional fees to drop off or pick up their pet during peak hours, off hours, or have to wait until the vet or boarding facility is open.

There are no extra fees for puppy lattes, kitty snacks, and other special requests.

While there, we are also happy to check for mail and packages, water your plants or garden, rotate lighting, and roll out/roll back the trash can on trash days, leaving you with peace of mind knowing things are being properly taken care of at home! We care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, birds, and frogs, and look forward to caring for your pets!

“Making Life Easier” – this is our slogan and our mission; to work hard every single day in providing unmatched quality pet care through reliable, honest, and professional services for each and every client and each and every pet.

Michele Cascone

Hi, my name is Michele Cascone. I have been an animal lover my entire life and currently reside in the Acworth/Dallas area with my husband and five fur babies.
I have had the pleasure of working with Linda and the Odds & Ends Crew for almost five years now as a Pet Care Associate interacting and caring for animals when our clients were called away. It has been my absolute favorite job. In addition, I was the Records and Training Manager, taking care of various office duties to help things run more efficiently. In September of 2023, I semi-retired keeping my job as the Records and Training Manager where I interact with our wonderful clients making sure all pertinent forms, such as Service Contracts, are up-to-date, distributing Drug Free Workplace information to new hires, posting DFW Newsletters on a monthly basis, charting the logistics of pet care associates and clients, and various other assignments that are requested of me.

Melissa Jadovitz

My name is Melissa and I have worked for Odds & Ends, LLC for almost two years. I am originally from California, and have lived in Georgia for seven years. I am a single mom to a 4-year-old little girl who is my absolute world. I have always had a passion for animals and have had everything from goats, a miniature donkey to cats and dogs. My main goal is to provide all the love and care there is to each and every pet as well as any animal. If they’re happy, I’m happy!

Judy Andrew

When I saw the ad for a Pet Care Associate, I was ecstatic. I thought, “That’s EXACTLY what I want!” I had retired from the corporate world several years before and needed to be more useful to others while augmenting my retirement income. It’s been a perfect fit for me since I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life.

I live on a horse farm that rescues and rehabilitates horses from difficult circumstances. Graduates of rehab may join our lesson program teaching children and adults English riding skills and horsemanship, Those horses that are not a good match for the lesson program are put out to pasture with their buddies but still receive the love and care- just no riding.

I’m very thankful for my family. My siblings live close by and my adult children are successful and kind. They’ve carved out good lives for themselves. As have I.

I am currently the happiest I’ve ever been and love to spread the joy. I live surrounded by beauty with my four previously stray cats and one rescued pony. And I have a job that I love where I can do good things for animals and their people every day. (Did I mention how much I appreciate the amazing, caring Crew I work with?)

Lyn Andradzki

I grew up on a farm of 155 acres in Euharlee, Georgia with the normal animals – cows, chickens, horses, pigs, bunnies, dogs and cats. My oldest cat lived to be 22 years old and second cat lived to her 19th birthday. I have been working in healthcare for over 25 taking care of people. I take care of everyone as if they were my own. The one word to describe me best is: positive.

Haze Medley

My husband, Mark, and I married in mid-November 2021, and moved from Nashville to Cartersville in the first week of March 2022.
By mid-month, we had a new house in a new town, but we both knew we needed (fur) babies to truly make our house a home.
So, we adopted Luther and Riley Ray. After taking the first six – nine months to settle into our new life, I began to look for a local job that would allow me to become a part of the community.
As an avid hiker and fitness enthusiast, I wanted something that would allow me to be active.
Something that would allow my caretaking personality to shine.
In my home state of Pennsylvania, I had been a volunteer for several no-kill animal shelters and also provided foster-mom and special needs services to a number of kitties over the years.
So, when I saw the ad for a Pet Care Associate with Odds & Ends, I knew I had found the perfect fit.

Tracy Monnier

I am an artist that loves making things, watching birds and butterflies in the backyard, and growing flowers. My husband and I have one teenage daughter and enjoy going to movies and concerts together. I have always been an animal lover, especially cats and kittens. And I’ve always taken care of my friend’s pets when they needed a pet sitter, so finding a job taking care of pets seemed only natural.

Jeannelle Mannia

I’ve had rescue pets my whole life. Our newest additions are guinea pigs and horses. I’ve volunteered at shelters and now a horse rescue and rehabilitation facility and I love it. I was co-founder of a successful counseling center and former caretaker for children with special needs.

I’m a wife, mom, and a homeschool teacher that loves to bake. I’ve lived on both coasts and love to travel. I was introduced to Odds & Ends, LLC by my sister-in-law after being so impressed by the care her (fur) baby received and I look forward to sharing that same loving care with your pets!

Linda Crist – Owner of Odds & Ends, LLC

I am Linda Crist, the proud founder and owner of Odds & Ends, LLC.

My Family always had various types of pets throughout my life. Caring for them and bonding with their unconditional love, loyalty, and individual personalities was and is both enjoyable and rewarding.

It is this love for animals, combined with a Masters in Business Administration and 28 years of work in a corporate environment, that helped give me the courage and provide some background experience to open the business.

We have been blessed with steady growth since we opened our doors and look forward to many more years of serving our clients and community!

Testimonials

“We arrived home late last night to two boys who were certainly glad to see us but were obviously well cared for in our absence! Although it was late, they sat on our laps in the living room and told us how much they missed us and how they didn’t feel good the first few days, but with excellent care, medicine, and a surprise visit from someone special, they began to perk up!

Once again, you and your team allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing that you were doing everything that we would be doing to help Willie recover from whatever was upsetting his tummy, and administering Joe’s ointment to his ear that encourages his appetite. We truly can’t think you all enough for being willing to do what needed to be done for our babies.

While we were gone, my husband and I spoke at least once a day, sometimes several times a day, about how grateful we are for each of you and how thankful and blessed we have been for YEARS for the truly wonderful care you all provide. Our sincerest thanks to all of you!!!”

Tina J.

“Thank you so much for the fantastic care given to my kids while we were away. It means so much to me (and to them). Normally I have a great deal of anxiety when I travel because it is difficult to find and trust someone who will care for my kitties like their own. But Melissa and Lyn are the best. All of the daily texts and photos are so reassuring. Odds & Ends Pet Care Service is wonderful! I am so happy I found them!!”

Julie C.

“Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our babies. I can’t tell you what a blessing it is knowing that they are so well cared for by your team. The updates are priceless when we are away. Your team obviously cares about every detail down to the “nature show” and the dessert. We deeply appreciate the heads up when Joe was exhibiting a possible fever. Although we were anxious about his health, we knew he was in good hands. We were so grateful for the update that he seemed fine the next day! Again, Odds & Ends allowed us to have a wonderful vacation away from our boys. :)”

Tina J.

“They take amazing care of my kitty trio and my kitties adore them. In addition, they get my mail, set my trash out on trash day, clean out the litter boxes, give kitty meds, spoil them rotten, water my plants and turn my lights on and off. I get pictures of their antics while I’m gone. I know my fur kids are well taken care of and it gives me peace of mind.”

Amber S.

“When I am planning a vacation, I check with Henry to make sure he is available to stay with my zoo first – having him as our overnight sitter is that important to me. He takes care of my home as if it were his own and keeps me well informed on how my crew is doing. Putting that trust in someone is a big deal, and I never hesitate leaving my home and fur-family in Henry’s hands. THANK YOU for being so fantastic!!!”

Marie S.

“There is no one I would rather have watching over me or one of my loved ones than Linda Crist! Spend 5 minutes with Linda and you will know exactly what I am talking about!”

Mike P.

“I had never used a pet sitter before using Odds & Ends, so I was a little worried and somewhat concerned about how our dog would react, but Linda was AMAZING with our dog, which made me feel a heck of a lot better! We will definitely use Odds & Ends again! Highly recommended!”

Chris H.

“Wonderful experience with good people. This was the first time I have used a service like this but the orientation to their process made me feel comfortable and they matched my expectations perfectly. I would not hesitate to use them again, as they are most accommodating and obviously put your animals first.”

Vicki W.

“When a family emergency came up, we were frantic to try and find someone to care for our 3 cats. Thankfully we were able to find Linda! She did a great job, and we were so happy to know that she had a great passion for animals. It was great to know that she was there for our cats while we were away. We will definitely call Linda whenever we need any of her services! Thank you so much!”

Cassie H.

“As a new mother I was very nervous to leave my sweet chow, Savannah, in anyone else’s care while I was away. However, Linda did such a great job watching her! She truly did go above and beyond to make sure that Savannah was taken care of and my house was welcoming for my return. Anytime that I have to leave for a night or a week I will be SURE to use Odds & Ends!”

Marie W.

“We first met Linda Crist a few years ago when she started her business; she has given excellent care to our cats in our home dozens of times. She is wonderful with pets and a pleasure to work with,.and we sleep well, when we are away, knowing that our pets and our home are in good hands. She is professional and we trust and appreciate her so very much.”

Carol and Ray Z.

“I had the best experience with this company and the group of staff. They were all amazing. I felt completely at easy with any type of service that I had to add because of my cats…they worked with me, sent me pictures, and kept me updated. I totally was kept in the loop while I was gone! I couldn’t ask for nicer, more organized group of people than this company! Definitely will use them again, no doubt about it!!!”

Regina B.

“We had to go away on business/pleasure recently and Linda came to the rescue. We have two schnoodles that are like our kids. It was so nice to be able to leave them at home and not have to board them. Linda is a very caring and compassionate lady and took terrific care of our “babies”. She left some puppy poppers for them too which they love!! I would highly recommend Linda and her services. Thanks again Linda!!”

Cherilyn D.

“My cats are doing Great and had Purrrrfect care. Happy to be a customer. It’s such a GREAT feeling knowing our babies can be SAFE at home and not stuck in a cage for boarding. Michele is Wonderful and a Blessing. Also Sophie was ecstatic and full of Joy when Kenny got home. I’ve never have heard a dog so excited and just about jumped into our arms to greet us. Y’all are our only way we can leave our pets and know they will be well taken care of.”

Christina T.

“Odds & Ends are the best pet sitting service I have ever used. They truly love animals and are trained in pet CPR. I wouldn’t trust my cats with anyone else. They send daily updates (with pictures) which are received via text and also available to view on a website. Professional pet sitting is the only way to go to offer you peace of mind and expertise when you have to leave your furry friends. Thank you Odds & Ends!”
